A native of Rockingham County, Jeff joined Lantz Construction in 2012 and in 2015, became a member of Lantz’s Leadership Team. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bridgewater College and completed the 2015-2016 Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership program.

Jeff has more than 30 years of building materials and construction experience. He lives in Broadway, VA with his wife, Laura, their three children, Ryan, Austin and Lilah, and their two dogs, Sandy and Reese.

Jeff co-founded the nonprofit girls softball program, Broadway Storm, and currently serves on the MTC Foundation Board and the AGCVA Valley District Executive Committee. Past volunteering experiences within his community include serving as the Assistant Scout Master for Troop 124, Cub Master for Pack 1, board member, coach, and VP of Broadway Community Little League, and member of the Heritage Hills Architectural Review Committee.

When he’s not engaged in construction or volunteering in his community, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, camping and traveling with his family to his daughter’s softball tournaments.
