About This Project
Franklin, WV – 12,245 sq. ft.
This two-phase renovation/addition project created a designated memory care area from one of four existing wings. The new space includes 14 resident suites, each with two rooms and a bathroom, as well as offices, gathering areas, a spa room, and a central courtyard.
The initial phase covered 6,662 sf and included removal of the wing wall, construction of half of the suites in the new addition, and construction of temporary resident rooms so staff could continue to provide care for the 400 Wing residents during the renovation process. The entire project was completed in June 2019.
