This project involved the renovation of an existing Ford dealership to create two independent parts areas and construction of a 13,520 sq. ft. addition to house the Audi and Porsche showrooms, which are separated by a shared space with offices, conference room, and break room.
EV charging stations are located at the front of the building and in the service area; behind the service area, at a specified safe distance, is a garage-like “battery hut” that is used to store the EV batteries.
This project was performed in tandem with two other dealerships for this client—each requiring its own specific elements related to the signature brand.
