Hector began his career in residential construction. He then took this experience and the various trade skills he learned over the years and applied it to the commercial sector when he joined Lantz in 2020 as a tradesperson. What he likes most about working in the field is the opportunity to be creative and find solutions to the unexpected. Given Hector’s impressive skill set, positive attitude, and interest in mentoring others, he was promoted to Superintendent in 2024.
