The transformation from a former Ruby Tuesday restaurant into new separate tenant spaces for two individual businesses involved extensive demolition and interior renovations, exterior façade improvements featuring brick and drystack stone veneers, construction of a small addition to expand the Sleep Number space, a complete re-roofing, and repairs to the parking lot.
