Naleena joined Lantz in 2006 as the front office manager. She worked hard to learn as much as she could about estimating projects by studying plans and building relationships with subcontractors and transitioned into her current role as an estimator in Lantz’s Preconstruction Department. She was promoted to Senior Estimator in 2019 and currently serves as an advisor for the Lantz Leadership Team.
She holds an ASHE Health Care Construction certification and has completed the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program and Live2Lead Leadership Training.
Naleena lives in Broadway with her husband Brian and two daughters. Away from the office she is a devoted wife and mother who spends her free time with her family; she also enjoys exercising, shopping and especially loves going to the beach.
