New construction of a 14-pump fuel station and convenience store involved extensive site work and required coordination with local and state regulatory agencies.
Interior store spaces include checkout counter/cashier station, office, display room and beverage cases, full kitchen, dry and cold storage areas, prepared hot and cold food islands and beverage stations, coffee condiment station, dine-in seating areas, and men’s and women’s restrooms.
Landscaping planter boxes with greenery at all four corners and exterior facade finishes of earth-toned stone veneer and stucco give the convenience store a warm, natural look that blends in well with the Broadway community.
