Seth joined Lantz Construction in October 2017 as a project engineer and was promoted to project manager in March 2020. He grew up in Dayton and attended Turner Ashby High School and Bridgewater College where he played defensive back for the Bridgewater Eagles.
After his 2011 graduation from BC, Seth worked as a production supervisor in an automotive assembly plant outside of Anderson, South Carolina and then at George’s, Inc., a poultry processing facility in Edinburg, Virginia, as a night shift production manager.
Seth and his wife, Caleigh, reside in the downtown Harrisonburg with their dog, Lena. An avid football fan, the San Francisco 49ers are his favorite pro team and he also follows the Clemson Tigers, a team he saw play many times while he lived in SC. He is the head coach for one of the local Rockingham County recreation middle school football teams, and enjoys the challenges of trying to improve his golf game. He and his wife also enjoy camping and trying new cooking recipes.
