About This Project

This 26,000 sq. ft. new construction design-build for Steven Kia replaces their original Kia dealership that was located down the street. All aspects of this project were design built with today’s customer in mind—from the civil and architectural to MEP and structural. There are high end finishes throughout and the space includes: 16 Service Bays, 1 Detailing Bay, 1 State Inspection Flat Bay, 12 Offices, Conference Room, Tech Locker Room, and 2,400 sq. ft. for Parts Storage. Lantz self-performed the concrete and steel erection.

From the very start, Lantz made us feel confident about our small yet complicated project; in a way that other bidders prior had failed to do so. That confidence was actualized during their execution of the plan. Everyone we interacted with at Lantz went the extra mile to help solve multiple problems that arose and we are thrilled with the final result. I would easily recommend them.
