Randy has been with Lantz since 1987. After many years serving as a senior superintendent, Randy stepped into new shoes for Lantz in July 2022. He is now our Field Resource Coach. This role was developed with several aspects in mind; to serve as a knowledgeable resource in the field for training, develop new team members by expanding their knowledge and skills, and train much needed skills to inexperienced team members. Randy is a perfect fit for this role as he has always been someone who often is the first to recognize the potential in others!
