Dakota has vast construction experience yet specializes in concrete work, particularly in the manufacturing and industrial sector. He studied at Massanutten Technical Center, where upon graduation he was a welder during the first few years of his career. He joined Lantz in 2015 as a craftsperson, working his way up over the years to Superintendent. He especially enjoys coming up with creative solutions depending on the nature of any given project; which is a skill set that is certainly appreciated in our industry! In his free time, you’ll often find Dakota hunting or fishing.
