Bobby joined Team Lantz in 2021 with 37 years of construction experience under his belt. At one point during his long career, Bobby owned and operated a residential construction business, but since 2006 he has been dedicated solely to commercial construction, serving as a superintendent.
He has completed the 30-hour OSHA training course and has received ten certificates through the AGC’s Supervisory Training Program, which include the Corbin Russwin Maintenance and Installation certificate for door and hardware install, the 2017 Health Care Construction certificate from the American Hospital Association, the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) certificate, and an overall Certification of Completion for the entire AGC Supervisory course.
Bobby enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, hiking, and just relaxing by a campfire. He and his wife have been married since 1989 and reside in Augusta County; they have two daughters and two grandchildren.
