This project provided additional amenities to Richmond American Homes’ “Raven Oaks” neighborhood, near Old Town Winchester.
The community now enjoys a 1,125 sf swimming pool with adjoining 2,986 sf patio, a new 1,500 sf pool house facility with showers, restrooms, and lockers, and a 4,000 sf asphalt multi-purpose court with pickleball and basketball layout lines and markings.
The residential-style pool house, which also contains storage space for pool and other equipment, was designed to compliment the surrounding single-family homes and features dormers and a fieldstone veneer on the front exterior.
