About This Project
Franklin, WV – 5,092 sq. ft.
This project consisted of an approximately 1,250 sf addition and 3,500 sf renovation area to the original nursing home, which was built in 1974. Demolition and construction progressed in phases to allow occupancy in the north half of the wing during the renovation process.
