About This Project

This project included the construction of a main clubhouse for active adult residential community in Ruckersville, VA. This multi-use facility houses an indoor pool with full glass enclosure, a fitness center, a yoga/aerobics room with floating maple flooring, a billiards room with walnut wall paneling and a ballroom with a floating oak dance floor.
