A groundbreaking ceremony for Oak View National Bank’s newest Warrenton branch office was held on Tuesday, January 16th. Despite the chilling cold, representatives from the bank and Lantz Construction were all smiles as the hard, snow-covered ground was ceremonially “broken” to kick off this exciting new project.
Among those in attendance were OVNB’s Executive VP and COO Colin Borgstrom, Chairman and CEO Michael Ewing, President and Chief Credit Officer Kevin Lee, Executive VP and CFO Tammy Frazier, Sales and Marketing VP Kim Phillips, and Senior VP and Community President Sam Parker. On hand from Lantz were Director of Operations Kevin Gabel, Preconstruction Consultant Gene Hamman, Marketing & Communications Director Arianna Williams, Project Manager Nick Clark, and Senior Superintendent Kelly Spitzer.
The approximately 7,700 square foot facility is expected to take one year to complete and will be located on Waterloo Street.
