Kelly joined Lantz in 2016 after more than 30 years in the construction industry and was promoted to Senior Superintendent in 2023. He also served on Lantz’s safety committee from 2022-2025. He most recently put his construction skills to work outside of Lantz by renovating an old barn loft into a house for his daughter and future son-in-law.
He was born in Rockingham County and moved to Broadway with his wife six years ago. Kelly is also a firefighter, serving as an active member of Broadway F.D. and a life member of Hose Company #4 Fire Department. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, including his 10 grandchildren (with one more on the way!), hanging out in Burlington, WV, riding his RZR, and camping.
