From the very start, Lantz made us feel confident about our small yet complicated project; in a way that other bidders prior had failed to do so. That confidence was actualized during their execution of the plan. Everyone we interacted with at Lantz went the extra mile to help solve multiple problems that arose and we are thrilled with the final result. I would easily recommend them.

Your team is incredible and we are grateful for all that was accomplished. The work inside and outside has helped spruce up First Step and make things safer and brighter for the survivors and children we serve, as well as the staff. Thank you for your care and support.

As overwhelming as a project of this size for us would appear, Lantz did an amazing job of eating the elephant, one bite at a time. Our meetings would be fun and productive. All subcontractors were professional and thorough. Lots of pride was taken on this project and we are lucky to have been provided the team including Seth, Scott, and Hector. We are sad the design and construction part of the project has ended. Thank you for your support, even after the fact. Keep up the great job.

Working with Lantz was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our Project Manager, Josh Baldwin, brought a level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail that immediately gave us confidence that our project was in the right hands. Throughout the entire process, Josh kept us informed, answered questions quickly, and made even the more complex aspects of construction feel clear and manageable. Josh truly listened, understood our priorities, and made decisions that matched our needs. When challenges came up, he addressed them quickly and transparently, presenting possible solutions alongside the problems, which I appreciated. Josh is a high-performing project manager!

Our experience with Lantz was exceptional and we have expressed that to our board which represents three local school divisions. It was both a pleasure working with your company and a joy to experience transformative results.
Thank you for your work and commitment to excellence in building and construction in our community.

I've never seen anything quite like it... I had to have a building and I had to have it now, you could not do that if you didn't have some trust in each other.

The Sodikoff family is completely satisfied and very happy with Lantz. I appreciate the hard work from everyone on their team, and I really enjoyed the project and I'm very excited for the next one. Thank you all very much for all the hard work. The building exceeds all of our expectations!!!

We could not be more pleased with the professionalism and flexibility Lantz has exhibited on our project. Even more impressive has been the quality of work by their employees, who dealt with extreme weather conditions and remained totally committed to the task at hand.

Thank you for the great work on our tank replacement project. It was well planned and executed, and we appreciated the attention to detail and safety. We are certainly very happy with the outcome and look forward to working with you all again in the future.
