Dana grew up in a construction family; his dad and grandfather were builders, and from a young age, he was with them building houses. In 2003, he joined his dad full-time in residential construction. He then transitioned to commercial construction in 2014 working as a carpenter, and by 2016 he was a superintendent.
Dana joined Lantz in 2024 as a superintendent, and served on Lantz’s safety committee from 2024-2025.
He was born and raised in the Harrisonburg/Broadway area, where he currently resides with his wife and three boys. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, camping–pretty much anything outdoors! And he loves to cook and barbeque.
