Will Tinnell Completes AGCVA Young Leaders Program

Lantz Estimator Will Tinnell recently completed the Associated General Contractors of Virginia (AGCVA) Young Construction Leaders Educational Program.

The program provides a foundation level education in aspects of business management and strategic leadership within the construction industry and encourages each participant to build upon this education by learning more about these functions within his or her own firm.

Six classes are held over a six-month period at the AGCVA Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia and cover various subjects including Business Development, Risk Management, Staffing & Employment, and Organizational Structure & Strategic Planning.

Will lives in Timberville and has been a member of the Lantz team since January 2017.
