Born and raised in the Staunton-Fishersville area of Augusta County, Blake attended Stuarts Draft High School and has degrees from Virginia Tech in Construction Management and Real Estate. He was a summer intern for two years prior to joining the team full-time in 2020 as a project engineer and was promoted to project manager in 2024.
Some of Blake’s favorite activities are riding dirt bikes, working on vehicles, and playing video games as well as sports like volleyball, basketball, and golf. He also enjoys spending time with friends and trying out new restaurants, breweries, and wineries.
In addition to continuing in construction, his future plans include owning and managing investment property.
