Tina is a native of the Shenandoah Valley and an alumna of Eastern Mennonite University who joined Team Lantz in 2021 after 23 years in the field of Human Resources.
She received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in 2014, followed by her Senior Certified Professional (SHRM SCP) Certification, and is a self-professed humble leader who thrives on making a difference for an organization’s most valuable asset–its team members.
When not at work, Tina, her husband Chad, and children, Mason and Lilly, enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active. Activities often include the family’s three dogs who keep them all very busy and bring much joy.
