Thomas grew up in Franklin, West Virginia, the place he still calls home. After high school, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Marshall University.
He joined Lantz in 2018 as a craftsperson with a background in residential interior carpentry. In 2020, he was promoted to Project Engineer, which is the role that he serves today.
In his free time, Thomas enjoys woodworking, hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
