Estimator Sue Coffman Retires

Sue Coffman has officially retired after more than 12 years as an estimator in the Preconstruction Department.  She has been in a part-time supportive role for the past five years, working three days a week, but always happy to come in when needed, even on short notice.

Prior to coming to Lantz, Sue worked as an office manager at Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community.  She has also worked in Industrial Engineering, costing, and as superintendent of several garment industries.

“It was certainly a genuine pleasure to work with her day-in and day-out over the years,” said Lantz President & CEO Chris Weaver.  He added, “I am sad that Sue won’t be a part of our professional daily lives because she is such a wonderful, caring, and hard-working individual.”

Sue and her husband Robert reside in Timberville along with two dachsunds, Piper and Archie.  Sue is a talented artist who is looking forward to spending more time with her oil painting (primarily local landscapes), in her garden, and with friends and family.

We thank Sue for her many years of dedicated service and wish her and her family many healthy and happy years going forward!
