Seth grew up in Jamestown, New York, graduated from Ithaca College in 2003 with a B.S. in Business Management, and moved to the Shenandoah Valley in 2005. His foray into construction began after college, and in the past 20 years Seth has gained valuable experience as a carpenter, foreman/superintendent, estimator, project manager, and as director of construction for a real estate developer.
Soon after joining Team Lantz in 2023, Seth completed Live2Lead Leadership Training and he is a 2008 graduate of the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program.
Seth is currently active in AGC and the Harrisonburg-Massanutten Rotary Club, and he is a past president of the Harrisonburg Lions Club and a former member of the Shenandoah Valley Builders Association.
He and his wife Theresa reside in Penn Laird with their daughters, Lexi and Lucie, who are both involved in softball and volleyball. Seth strives to make health and fitness a part of his daily routine and is a personal trainer in his spare time. He also often spends time chauffeuring one or both daughters to practice, watching them play, and/or coaching.
