Scott is a life-time resident of the area and spent 26 years in the construction industry before joining Lantz in 2025. Although his construction career did technically begin at Lantz–as a teenager he worked two summers in the field, for superintendents who are still at Lantz, while attending Broadway High School. Since then, Scott built knowledge and experience, working most recently in construction sales, as well as in roles as a carpenter, foreman, estimator, and residential project manager.
Scott has previously served as a board member for Broadway Little League, and currently serves on the Broadway Planning Commission.
He and his wife Thea, reside in Broadway along with their children, Sadie, Eli, and Adah. He enjoys spending time outdoors, camping with his family and friends, hunting, fishing and hiking. Beyond that, he sets aside time to read, explore real estate opportunities, and enjoy local live music. He also makes exercise a priority, allowing him to fully savor his other hobby—discovering new delicious foods and drinks.
