Staunton, VA – 44,865 sf

This project converted a five-story YMCA building into 20 condominiums. Units range from one to three bedrooms. Each features, large windows, high ceilings, granite counter tops, hardwood floors and ceramic tiles. Elevator and staircases service all floors.
