About This Project

This design-build project included a complete interior demolition, retrofit, and build-out within an older commercial complex for the RMH Heart & Vascular Center in Staunton, VA. Lantz worked collaboratively with numerous RMH surgeons and medical professionals to craft the most efficient use within the parameters of the existing space. Lantz successfully upgraded two existing restrooms to ADA standards along with adding two more new ADA-compliant restrooms — a significant challenge given the space constraints and age of the existing building.
