About This Project

Waynesboro, VA – 12,000 sf

Lantz designed and erected this one-story 100’ x 120’ x 25’ pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) for use as a palletized storage warehouse for New Country Organics, an organic animal feed and homestead supply company based in Waynesboro, Virginia.

The structure features a DoubleLok standing seam metal roof and five insulated sectional overhead doors—two drive-in and three dock doors with edge of dock levelers.

Recycling an existing concrete pad located on the property for this project aligned with New Country Organics’ mission to put more into the soil than what is taken.
