About This Project

Timberville, VA – 5,290 sf

The transformation from a banking facility to a corporate office involved demolition of teller lines, the addition of two ADA compliant restrooms on the main floor, interior renovation of two floors to create additional administrative space, and new flooring and ceilings.

The drive-up area and lobby were converted into offices and a conference room, and the second floor renovation doubled the board room space. Finishing touches included fixed-glass windows in office walls surrounding the former lobby, marble baseboards, and beautiful wood wainscoting.

In order to retain the general appearance of the former bank lobby, reclaimed wood from the teller lines was used for wainscoting on the new walls and replacement wood was stained to match the existing trim.
