About This Project

Sitework and new construction of commercial dual tenant shell building utilizing two different types of brick and EIFS, followed by build-out of each of the two retail spaces to create a Sleep Number store and a Potbelly Sandwich Shop.

Build-outs consisted of concrete slab on grade, metal stud partitions, drywall, extensive painted and wood trim, and installation of owner furnishings, as well as MEP rough-ins and finishes.

Thank you for your belief in this project! It turned out to be much better than we anticipated and so much of that is due to your staff’s energy and focus.
