One Million Man-Hours Celebration!

After reaching our 1,000,000 Man-Hours Without a Lost Time Accident at the end of May a celebration was in order. So on June 20th the entire company came together at the Broadway Community Park to enjoy a beautiful afternoon of food and fun!
We kicked off the celebration with a few words from Doug Driver, President, Allen Hatch, Safety Director and Clint Shuler, Vice President of Operations. After presenting Allen with a plaque to recognize his hard work in reaching this accomplishment the real fun started.

Doug was the first of the victims to climb up in the dunking booth. Anyone who could answer a safety question correctly got three chances to drop him in. Chris Weaver, Clint and Allen each had their turn climbing in the booth after. The guys were great sports and everyone had a blast being able to dunk their bosses!
During the celebration we also held a Corn Hole Tournament, 16 teams competed but only two walked away with a $100 cash prize. Congrats to Richard and Roy!
Everyone enjoyed pork barbeque and all the fixings, not to mention a beautiful cake. We brought the event to a close with a raffle, prizes included a heavy duty tool box on wheels, gift cards to Lowes, a free oil change, thermoses/mugs and Harley Davidson safety glasses, to name a few.

Overall the celebration was a huge success and enjoyed by all! Congratulations again and a big thanks to the entire Lantz staff for all of their hard work in making this goal a reality!
