Strategic Opportunities Lie Ahead for Lantz’s Brand as the Company Approaches 60th Anniversary
Lantz Construction Company is pleased to announce the addition of Arianna Williams to the Lantz Construction Company team in the newly appointed Marketing & Communications Director role. Arianna will be responsible for developing and overseeing Lantz’s marketing strategies, from inception to execution. Duties will include but are not limited to: conducting and analyzing company and industry research, planning and coordinating any pertinent media buys, directing public communication functions, and measuring and evaluating all marketing efforts.
As Lantz’s brand continues to evolve and our company continues to grow, the opportunity presented itself to seek an experienced marketing professional to elevate and further strengthen Lantz’s position as the contractor-of-choice in the market. While the company’s core values of honesty and integrity have and will continue to remain the same, our Marketing & Communications Director will fully embrace any potential new avenues and ways in which to market these values to our clients, our community, and our team. The opportunities to both bolster current client relationships and acquire new clientele are boundless with the addition of this carefully considered position as we approach our 60th successful year. The Marketing & Communications Director role will ultimately be pivotal to our unrelenting commitment to provide quality design and construction services at a fair price.
Arianna most recently served as an Account Executive at WHSV for five years where she was responsible for procuring new clients through strategizing and implementing marketing plans for local businesses within Harrisonburg, VA and the surrounding areas. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience relevant to marketing, yet is eager to refine her skills further through this role. Marketing is her career passion and she has a tenacious drive to help Lantz Construction Company further succeed. Arianna has roots in the Broadway, Virginia area and graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Arianna is immersed in the local business community and is affiliated with a variety of charitable causes in the area.
