“Touring Our Towns” Series: New Market & Mt. Jackson, Virginia

As we commemorate our 60th anniversary in 2020, we’d like to recognize the communities in which we serve. Our 12 part “Touring our Towns” video series will highlight a different Shenandoah Valley area each month and will feature the various Lantz projects within these respective towns/cities.

Our March segment features the history and beauty of New Market, Virginia and Mount Jackson, Virginia!

The importance of what is now southern Shenandoah County to the Civil War is still evident in the area’s vibrant historical sites.

Small town lifestyle and a rich past define Mount Jackson and New Market, as well as the abundant natural beauty. With much of the area covered in State and National Forest, there is outdoor recreation for every season.

Throughout the decades, Lantz Construction has supported Southern Shenandoah County’s various industries, government services, and civic and historical properties through building projects that have helped these communities grow and prosper.
