Leadership Harrisonburg-Rockingham Graduation.

This week Pete Harman, a Project Manager here at Lantz, was recognized as part of the 2013 Leadership Harrisonburg-Rockingham graduating class.

Leadership Harrisonburg-Rockingham (formerly CLP-Community Leadership Program) is designed to expose current and aspiring leaders to the many different aspects of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. This program educates participants about the community’s past, present and future, including the strengths and opportunities that will help us build a better tomorrow.

Leadership Harrisonburg-Rockingham (LHR) is a 9-month program. Participants attend half-day sessions once a month focusing on local topics of interest, including Education, Health and Wellness, Government, Public Safety, Workplace Communication and more.

Chris Weaver, Executive Vice President & Director of Preconstruction Services, was there to cheer him on. Way to represent Lantz, Pete!
