Justin joined Team Lantz in late 2023 after nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry which took him across the entire state of Virginia. The son of a preacher who moved the family several times during his youth, Justin considers “home” to be the Shenandoah Valley since moving to Elkton when he was 14 years old.
Justin and his wife Joanna live in Rockingham County and are currently building a lake House at Lake Anna where he enjoys fishing, jet skiing, and relaxing on the pontoon. Other favorite activities include fishing on the Shenandoah River, trips to Hatteras Island, and family time—especially with his two wonderful grandkids, Liam and Alena!
