Jared grew up in Dayton, Virginia. He joined Team Lantz in 2024 as an intern for the summer and then began full time in 2025. Jared graduated from Bridgewater College with a B.S. in Business Administration, he currently is working on getting his master’s in construction management from Louisiana State University. He also helps coach soccer at Turner Ashby High School.
