Isaac joined Lantz in 2025 and brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance leadership experience across public and private organizations in the technology and agricultural sectors. He focuses on connecting business development, estimating, operations, and finance to drive better decision-making. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Mennonite University and an MBA from James Madison University.
Isaac is a member of National CFMA, and our local CFMA Blue Ridge Chapter. He also serves on the Finance Committee for the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce.
He and his wife, Rebecca, live in Harrisonburg with their daughter, Natalie. They are active in the local community, including volunteering with Friendly City Florals. In his free time, Isaac enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting farmers markets and local auctions, playing disc golf, and exploring the Shenandoah Valley’s food scene. He values being part of a local team, serving the Valley’s business community, and building and contributing to Lantz Construction’s long-standing success.
