Isaac grew up in Pennsylvania and now proudly calls the Shenandoah Valley home. He joined Lantz in 2025, bringing over 15 years of accounting and finance leadership experience across public and private organizations in the technology and agricultural sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Mennonite University and an MBA from James Madison University. Isaac is passionate about connecting accounting and finance to operations to drive more informed decision-making. He has extensive experience using financial systems to improve efficiency, enhance reporting, and strengthen business performance, and he values team building as a core part of organizational success.

Isaac, his wife Rebecca, and their daughter Natalie have lived in Harrisonburg’s Purcell Park neighborhood for nearly a decade. He enjoys spending time locally with friends and family, visiting farmers markets, garage sales, public auctions, and thrift shops, playing disc golf, and exploring the Shenandoah Valley’s food scene. Isaac is also an active volunteer with his wife’s nonprofit, Friendly City Florals, and values staying connected to the Harrisonburg and surrounding Valley communities. He looks forward to contributing both personally and professionally to the continued success of Lantz Construction.
