Heidi was born in Lewistown, PA and then moved to Stuarts Draft when she was 1. Raised in Augusta County, she graduated from Riverheads High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from Bridgewater College in 2004.
Heidi achieved her PACE (Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence) in September 2022 through the American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP) and was also part of the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber Leadership Program for the 2024-2025 year. Heidi joined the Lantz team in June 2025 as the Executive & Marketing Assistant.
Outside of work, Heidi resides in Linville and enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and two daughters, Olivia and Judith. She is a member of Mt. Olive Brethren Church in Pineville, VA, avid Christmas lover and always has a crochet project close by.
