Bob has worked in the industry since 1984, with vast, hands-on experience in all phases of both residential and commercial construction. Since 1991, he has worked in either a foreman or superintendent role, joining Lantz in 2004 as Superintendent. He has also served on Lantz’s safety culture committee since 2013, 4 of which he served as the committee chair.
Bob was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley. He and his wife currently live in the Elkton area where they spend most of their spare time with their five granddaughters. Bob also enjoys anything outdoors, including hunting, motor cycle riding, and trips to the beach.
