A lifelong resident of northwestern Rockingham County, Aaron attended Broadway High School prior to graduating from Bridgewater College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Economics. He was the Marketing Manager of the Kline May Realty office in Broadway for eight years before joining Team Lantz in January 2022; since then has completed the Live2Lead Leadership Training course and the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program.
Away from work, Aaron’s favorite way to spend his time is with his wife, Emily, and their daughters, Reagan and Macie. Other activities he enjoys include photography, graphic design, watching college football, listening to music, a back road drive, good movies, and great food.
