Professional Engineers John Grill and Rex Cyphers with WDP & Associates in Harrisonburg recently published an article detailing an award-winning project for which Lantz served as general contractor in 2015-2016.  The masonry facade renovation of Staunton’s St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, originally built in 1895, won the 2016 MIA+BSI: The Natural Stone Institute Pinnacle Award of Merit in Renovation/Restoration and was also awarded the Heritage Preservation Award from the Historic Staunton Foundation in January 2018.
