Lantz Homes is formally incorporated by Mr. C. D. Lantz’s son-in-law, Mr. Wallace Hatcher

Star Building Systems
Lantz partners with Star Building Systems to provide pre-engineered metal buildings
1972

First $1 million project
Lantz builds its first $1 million project, the Plains District Elementary School

Lantz Homes, Inc. becomes Lantz Construction Company, marking the transition from residential to commercial construction
