About This Project
This project included the first floor renovation of Park Place, one of VMRC’s apartment buildings. The renovations involved updates for the recreation room to include theatre-seating and surround sound, a new dining hall and lobby. Careful consideration of sound level and the size of the construction laydown area played a significant role in this project as construction was completed while the building was occupied by residents.
