About This Project
Located in the heart of downtown, this pavilion is home to the Town of Elkton’s Downtown Marketplace and Elkton’s first-ever farmer’s market. The space also serves as the main hub for various social activities throughout the year. In addition to the pavilion, the scope of work included a new performance stage and updated green space surrounding the property. Years in the making, this project signified a major step in Elkton’s revitalization efforts, becoming a reality once the land was sold to the Town.
