About This Project

Construction of a new shell retail building for the Starbucks coffeehouse chain included sitework, paving, sidewalks, initial landscaping in accordance with city requirements, storefront doors and windows, drive-thru window, flat rubber roof, and interior insulation and drywall with exterior finishes of EIFS, brick, and Starbucks wood siding; also provided HVAC units on roof and brought in utilities such as water, sewer, power, and safety lighting.
