About This Project

This custom home was built on a lot where the previous home stood. Construction was accomplished around the existing pool, pool house, and landscaping and a demanding schedule requiring occupancy within 12 months was achieved. The house was equipped with a state-of-the-art lighting control system, the master suite has His & Her bathrooms and master closets, and the second level includes guest bedrooms, a workout room and a children’s playroom.
