About This Project

This PPEA project involved the design and construction of a new two-story professional office building for Rockingham County Administration, Legal and Fire & Rescue Departments. The building had a steel I-beam column and frame structural system with a masonry exterior with architectural EIFS accents. The building included a large training room/public meeting room, a personnel elevator, a wet fire suppression sprinkler system, addressable fire alarm system, a card-reader security system, and numerous sustainability-related building features.
