About This Project

Renovation of an existing, nearly 20 year-old pool house structure involved removal of natural wood siding and trim and replacement with Hardie trim boards and siding, installation of new windows and doors, new deck, new roofing system, and an updated ventilation system to include in-line fans and vapors barriers. The interior received new trim and paint.
